Subject: Save the Date! Our Wedding Day Plans

Dear Family and Friends,

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you at the beautiful Santa Clara Mission on August 17th, 2024! We've put together a rough outline of the day's events to help you plan:

Ceremony: 3:00pm sharp at the Santa Clara Mission. We suggest arriving around 2:30pm if you are not familiar with the Santa Clara University campus.

Cocktail Hour & Reception: 4:00pm at the Adobe Lodge, right next door to the Mission.

After-Party: We'll be heading to San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood around 8:30pm for a fun-filled after-party! A bus will be provided for transportation from the Adobe Lodge to San Francisco.

Transportation & Parking:

Parking is free at North Campus Garage and you are welcome to leave your car overnight for free. It's a 4min walk from the parking garage to the Mission (directions).

We'll help arrange carpools the next day for anyone who needs to retrieve their car. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient option if you rather leave your car at home and take the bus back to San Francisco in the evening.

We can't wait to share this special day with all of you! Your love and support mean the world to us. Lastly a number of people have asked about our registry. Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for, but for those of you that really want to give a gift we do have this option.
